Where is YogaFest held?
YogaFest 2019 is held at Venue 114, 114 Sportsmans Parade, Bokarina, Sunshine Coast.
What time should I arrive?
Registration opens at 8.15am. If you’re planning to attend one of the first classes in the morning, it is advised to arrive at 8.15am. Please allow enough time to find a park especially on Saturday, due to the Saturday markets held across the road.
What do I do when I arrive at YogaFest
Walk through the gates and fill in a Registration Form (Save time and print this out now).
Prepaid ticket registration, please bring a printout of your ticket, photo ID, and your Registration Form.
To buy a ticket on the day you will need cash (a atm machine is located in the building beside YogaFest) and a Registration Form.
What should I bring?
A yoga mat and anything else you would normally take to a class. No lockers or holding facilities are available.
There will be stalls selling yoga equipment at YogaFest.
Photo ID if you have bought your tickets online.
Cash if you are buying tickets at the door (there is an ATM at the venue).

There is an ATM available at the building.
Do I need to keep the festival wristband on the day?
Yes, you’ll need to keep the wristband on to allow access to the Yoga rooms. The wristbands allow you flexibility to come and go during the day. If your wristband comes off, please bring it back with you to registration. If you lose the wristband, unfortunately you will need to purchase another ticket. Wristbands are not re[laced.
Can I access the market stalls without a wristband?
Market stalls and the food and massage area are free to visit.
Can I bring my children to the YogaFest?
Due to the nature of the festival, and the types of workshop on offer, children under 12 can not buy YogaFest tickets, and are limited to the market stalls area.
Can I come if I’m new to Yoga?
We welcome newcomers to the YogaFest. Most classes are taught to cater to beginners as well as advanced students. Class descriptions will give more detail on the level of the class. Please listen to your body, pace yourself throughout the day, and feel free to sit back and watch or lie down and rest at any time, this is completely acceptable in any class.
How can I get to YogaFest?
Bus Route 600 from Maroochydore Station via Mooloolaba, Kawana, Currimundi hop off at Kawana Waters High School Bokarina, and walk about 420m from Nicklin Way to Sportsman Parade. Bus 600 departs approximately every 12 minutes and the journey takes about 55mins. Alternatively you can catch Route 602 from Maroochydore Station via Mountain Creek, Kawana, Currimundi and hop off at Kawana Waters High School Bokarina and walk about 420m from Nicklin Way to Sportsman Parade. Bus 602 departs approximately every hour and takes about 34 minutes.
Bus Route 600 departs Caloundra Station, travels through Kings Beach, Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, Battery Hill, Currimundi, Wurtulla and disembark at Kawana Waters High School, Bokarina, walk about 260m to Sportsman Parade. Bus 600 departs approximately every 12 minutes and the journey takes about 35mins. Alternatively Route 602 bus departs Caloundra Station, travels through Moffat Beach, Dicky Beach, Battery Hill, Aroona, Currimundi, Wurtulla and get off at Kawana Waters High School Bokarina, and also walk about 260m to Sportsman Parade. Bus 602 takes approximately 25minutes and runs once per hour.

Where can I park?
There is limited parking available at the venue, but lots of on-street parking. Please be aware there is a market on Saturday morning, and occasionally rowing events nearby, so allow plenty of time to find a park. Consider car pooling, which is also better for the environment!
