Natasha’s YogaDay Class - I teach a practice, mostly Vinyasa, because I think most of us need this style – it’s medicinal… some days it’s active and fiery and then other days, you need to do less and be Slower. I try to weave a nourishing balance of Solar and lunar and take parts from the elements to create a deeply nourishing flow…… The Sunshine Coast Yoga Day class will incorporate some spiralling circular movements which can help liberate the natural flow of prana and cultivate our inner and outer strength. My classes are challenging for all levels from beginners and beyond. www.tashyoga.com

Vanessa Rudge – Being Yoga 11.45am – 12.30 pm
Vanessa Rudge, Being Yoga co-founder, has been living and breathing yoga since starting yoga in 1993 – it was love at first dog. Over her 16 year teaching career she has lead numerous retreats, intensives and teacher trainings which continue to evolve as she devotes herself to her own journey into wholeness. Her teaching arises as a way to share the sacred art of yoga with others often infused with lightness and humour. Her major influences are Shiva Rea and Twee Merrigan with their vibrantly alive vinyasa flow practice and more recently Noah Maze & Tara Judelle with their Anusara alignment and heart centred depth.
Vanessa’s YogaDay Workshop – Every now and then its nice to stop to smell the roses. This workshop breaks down key yoga postures using the Being Yoga alignment principles. Asana diagnostics can be helpful to reveal where you can go deeper or unblock kinked pipes to let energy/prana flow more freely through the body temple. This rich exploration is helpful in both injury prevention and safe preparation for stronger/deeper yoga poses you long to include in your practice. Suitable for all levels of practitioner. www.beingyoga.com.au
